You must reside within the Tigard High School boundaries or attend a private school within the Tigard High School boundaries to play Tigard Youth Football.

To help make life easier for those registering to play Tigard Youth Football, there are now only four forms that you will need to complete.
- Player Contract -- this form is filled in for you when you register online. After you have fully completed online registration, this form will be emailed to you. Please print it out for your records. We will also have a copy of it for you to sign when you come to equipment issue.
- Medical Release -- you must print this form and have the player's doctor or nurse practitioner sign and date it to release your child to play tackle football. You will receive an email with the link or you can download it at the TYF website.
- Grievance Form -- you must read the TYF Grievance Policy and then sign the Acknowledgement Form. You will also receive this form in an email or it can be downloaded from the TYF website.
- Volunteer Form -- you must print this form, read and sign it. You will also receive this form in an email or it can be downloaded from the TYF website.

TYF must receive the above forms before issuing you your child's equipment. Bring the completed Medical Release Form, Grievance Acknowledgement and Parent Expectation Letter with you to equipment issue day.

Before you click on "Register Online Now" (below) please be sure to have ready or do the following:
- Your medical insurance information
- Your credit or debit card number. (You may also pay by check or money order, use address above.)
- If you have not already done so, you will need to start by setting up a User Account before you can begin registration. (use link below)
- Once you have registered, you will receive a confirming email with other important information. It may go directly to your Junk Mail folder depending on your spam filters. Be sure to check both places.

If you are in need of a scholarship, Please go through online registration, but do not pay until you are notified if you qualify for a scholarship. Please download the Scholarship Application and mail to the above address. Forms need to be mailed by April 27 to arrive by the May 1 deadline.
